What Introduced Me to Interior Design

    Interior design and architecture were never a topic I was wholeheartedly invested in. I've grown up in a city where all of the houses are just copy and paste, there's no truly no flavor in the architecture of this city. However, my mother has always had an artistic brain so the interior design of our home is not like the rest. She makes the plain and mundane, beautiful and welcoming. My mother's interest in interior design welcomed me to take a dip in the interior design world.

    One day after watching hours of YouTube, I stumbled upon Dakota Johnson's Architectural Digest video where she gives a tour of her Midcentury-Modern home and I instantly fell in love with interior design. I'm not the only person who is obsessed with this home, many people have fallen in love with Johnson's green kitchen. The green kitchen has been a trending topic among people who have seen this video. If you go on Twitter and search Dakota Johnson, one of the suggestions will be her kitchen. Dakota Johnson almost single-handly triggered my obsession with interior design.
